Your feedback = A free water bottle!
The Fresh Food Market (FFM) in Towers Dining Hall was implemented in 2006 in response to student demand for more sustainable foods. The goal of the program is to provide Ithaca Dining Services customers with local, organic, and healthy meal options. On National Agriculture Day, Sofia and Stephanie are planning to conduct a survey to see what information about food is most important to the Ithaca College Community.
The interns will use the results of the survey to better inform consumers about their food and recommend changes to better customer satisfaction and Sodexo's commitment to food that is, "Sustainable, Healthy, Fresh." Be sure to stop by to collect your water bottle and information about dining sustainability.
