The Organic Harvest Month Celebration event in Towers today helped to educate students on the importance of eating local and organic food. Students were treated to a tasty menu with organic ingredients. Conrad Kellogg currently maintains the Fresh Food Market station and he helped to create today's menu. I and other students agreed that all of the menu items, especially the vegetable stew, squash soup, and organic muffins, were delicious! Students at Ithaca College appreciate the availability of organic, local, and fresh produce that are always available at the salad bar.
