Welcome Back!

Join us as we kick off the school year with our first sustainability-themed event, World Ozone Day! On Tuesday, September 12th, sustainability interns will be at Towers Dining Hall throughout dinner educating Ithaca College students about the history, significance, and solutions of ozone emissions.
We will also have a special menu highlighting local and organic food during the event in the Fresh Food Market section of the dining hall.

Our special menu  includes:

Mediterranean lamb sliders with pineapple and mango (local spices including mint)
**NEW**Vertical Salad bar:
Organic dressings
Local bread (Ithaca Bakery)
Local hydroponic variety  lettuce (Finger Lakes Fresh)
